WHAT ARE THE 4 C'S?

The 4 C's of Diamonds refer to the four key characteristics used to evaluate a Diamonds quality: Cut, Colour, Clarity & Carat. These factors collectively determine a diamond's value & beauty.

CUT

This refers to how well a Diamond is shaped and polished, influencing its brilliance and sparkle. A good cut maximises light reflection & refraction, making the diamond appear more vibrant.

COLOUR

This refers to the degree of yellow or brown tint in a Diamond. A "colourless" d\Diamond is graded as a "D" colour, while a diamond with more yellow or brown is graded lower on the colour scale.

CLARITY

This refers to the presence of internal & external flaws (like inclusions & blemishes) in the Diamond. A Diamond with fewer flaws is graded higher in Clarity.

CARAT

This refers to the weight of the Diamond. A Carat is equal to 0.20 grams & a Diamonds weight is expressed in Carats & points (100 points equal 1 Carat).
