The only circumstance under which a customer may be entitled to a refund of their purchase is if the item received by them is not as described and/or pictured and the item is returned to and received by Diamonds Made for Love.

Resizing and/or any modifications made by a jeweller not represented by Diamonds Made for Love voids any and all warranty provided by us. We are not liable for the work completed by any and all other parties unaffiliated with Diamonds Made for Love.
